Ann Marie Romanelli, lovingly known as "Annie", passed away on September 12th. Annie's kind spirit will be forever missed by all who knew her. Her only child, Marie Rogan, was her best friend and companion. They shared a unique bond throughout their entire lives. Six years ago, Annie moved with Marie and her husband, Bob, from New Jersey to Pennsylvania and she quickly connected with many as if she were there her whole life. She became everyone's family.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Annie was the daughter of the late Marco and Tessie D'Andrea. She was primarily employed by A.C. Nielsen in New York City as a Statistical Typist and she had a true knack for computers. It was there that she, alongside her parents, raised her daughter - teaching Marie about travel and the NYC subway system, taking her to Broadway shows, and enrolling her in Catholic schools. She would also become a phenomenal grandmother to Marie and Bob's son, Marc.

Annie was a creative at heart, writing short stories and books, carrying a camera to every event, and creating personalized birthday cards and videos for everyone she loved. She was the first to tell you about current events and she was also fluent in Italian. Needless to say, her intelligence was almost as impressive as her stunning outfits and beauty!

Annie was a big fan of travel, a delicious meal, and the simple things in life. Whether it was watching movies or her favorite shows (Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Everybody Loves Raymond) or sailing the seas on countless cruises with her daughter… she truly lived life to the fullest.

Annie was always a pleasure to be around. She reminded us to smile, explore, be kind, work hard, look out for others, and never leave anyone behind.

Also surviving are her nieces, Connie Natale, Joanne Rofrano and husband Joseph, and Theresa Welsher and husband Paul.

She was preceded in death by her sister Julia Liali, brother-in-law Vincent "Jimmy" Liali, and nephew Paul Liali.
