Bradly D. Swartz

Bradly D. Swartz, formerly of Meshoppen Township, died July 24, 2023 at Aventura at Terrace View.

Born in Scranton on May 16, 1954, he was the son of the late Elmer F. and Ida May Stephenson Swartz. Prior to his retirement, he worked for Procter and Gamble. After Bradly's retirement, he worked at Walmart and Chesapeake Energy. He was also a member of Countryside Community Church and a lifetime member of the Newton-Ransom Volunteer Fire Company.

Surviving are two daughters, Rebecca Swartz (Travis) of Nicholson Township and Stephanie Swartz of West Pittston; sister Christine Swartz, brother Kevin Swartz, and nephew Timothy Swartz, all of Newton Township; and one uncle, several aunts and cousins.

A private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Schultzville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Newton-Ransom Volunteer Fire Company, 1890 Newton-Ransom Blvd., Clarks Summit, PA 18411 or Countryside Community Church, 14011 Orchard Dr., Clarks Summit, PA 18411.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 418 South State Street, Clarks Summit.
