Cara Coolbaugh

Cara Ann Coolbaugh, 58, of Tunkhannock passed away on Monday December 26, 2022 at her home.

Born in Tunkhannock on December 1, 1964 she is the daughter of the late, Wendell and Joann Klimas Coolbaugh. Cara was a 1982 graduate of the Tunkhannock School District.

She loved traveling and visiting the Thousand Islands and Canton, NY. Cara enjoyed going to yard sales and having them as well. She was an animal lover and like to spend time with her family.

Cara is survived by sister, Cheryl Ayre and husband David; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Wendell Coolbaugh, II; sister, Cindy Matalavy; niece, Melissa Coolbaugh; nephew, Joseph Coolbaugh; long-time friend, Perry Tokach.

Family and friends are invited to attend Cara's funeral service which will be held on Friday December 30, 2022 at 11:00 am from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA 18657. Interment will be in Mountain View Burial Park, Harding at a later date.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 am until time of service on Friday.
