Christine Joyce Davis

Christine Joyce Davis died on December 19 at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton.

Born in Pittsburgh on February 16 1955, she was a daughter of the late Dr. Ralph E. Davis and Donna Gray Davis.

Chris was a 1973 Graduate of Abington Heights High School and attended Keystone College.

Raised in Clarks Summit, PA, Chris lived in Maryland before returning here to Pennsylvania.

She was an avid horseback rider, riding instructor and animal lover all her life.

She is survived by a sister, Lynne Richardson wife of Michael; nephew, Ian Richardson; niece, Kimberly Brennan.

She was predeceased by brother Stephen R. Davis and her parents.

A special thanks to Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the wonderful care, fun, and friendship for Chris, and Geisinger Community Medical Center for their compassionate care.

A celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date.
