Clementine M. Steinbacher

Clementine M Steinbacher, 97, of LaPlume, died peacefully, Monday at her home surrounded by family.

Born in Nesbitt, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Mr. Oaks and Nellie Drum.

She was a loving wife and mother and worked as a homemaker.

Clementine was preceded in death by her loving husband of 76 years, Paul Steinbacher; a daughter, Jean Ann Steinbacher; granddaughter, Kimberly Earl; and great grandson, Caleb Earl.

She is survived by a son, Paul Steinbacher, Jr. (wife Delores) of Virginia; daughters, Sharon Earl (husband Kenneth) of Nicholson, Janet Bagg of Scranton, Theresa Ankoff (husband Daniel) of Fleetville, and Bonnie Matulevich of Harrisburg; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-granchildren; and 2 great great granddaughters.

Clementine will be missed dearly by all who knew her and would want everyone to take comfort in knowing her last breath here was her first breath in Heaven.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13th at St. Catherine's Cemetery, 1247 Drinker Turnpike, Covington Township, PA 18444.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 South State Street, Clarks Summit.
