Cora W. Rosengrant

Cora J. Rosengrant, 86, of West St. Tunkhannock entered into Eternal Rest on Tuesday April 26, 2016 at the Regional Hospital of Scranton after an illness. Born in Tunkhannock on September 29, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Harry S. and Jessie Henry Wagner. After graduating from Tunkhannock High School in 1947 she worked at Bendix and Linear before retiring to take care of her family. She was a member of the Tunkhannock Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband of 53 years, Richard, brother Wayne Wagner, three brother-in-law’s, two sister-in-law’s and a grandson Mark Rosengrant. Surviving are her children Diane (Dale) Wright, Monroe Township, Rick (Diane) Rosengrant and Beth Constable (George Garnet) all of Tunkhannock, and Brian ( Jeannine) of Lake Ronkonkoma NY, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. A sister Betty Mowry of Montrose, sister-in-law Helen Nichols of Tunkhannock and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
