Dawn Soboleski, Clarks Summit died Friday afternoon at her home surrounded by her family.
Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Roy and Carmella Diana Williams. Dawn was the owner of the Sunrise Café on Depot Street, in Clarks Summit. She was an amazing person, treating every one of her customers as family. She was small in stature, but had a huge personality and was an enormous asset to the Abington area. She was so loved and will be missed by all.
Surviving are two daughters, Jessica Soboleski, Nicholson and Stacey Soboleski, Clarks Summit; grandsons Mason and Logan Moore, both of Clarks Summit; brothers Gifford Williams, Nicolson and Roy Williams, Florida; and nephews Mark and Jason Williams.
She was preceded in death by a brother, David Williams and a sister Darlene Williams.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29th at 3pm from Heritage Baptist Church, 415 Venard Rd., Clarks Summit. Friends may pay their respects at the church on Saturday from 1 pm until the time of the service. Interment will be at a later date in Abington Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Dawn's request was that memorial donations be made to your local volunteer fire company because she valued the selfless work they do.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
