Donald H. Goble

Donald H. Goble, 86, of Monroe Twp. passed away on July 8, 2021 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre. He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Hayner Goble in 2015. Born in Monroe Twp. on August 14, 1934 he was the son of the late Timothy and Irene Goble. Don was an accomplished excavator operator and worked for 63 years as a 542 Operating Engineer. He is survived by son, Gary Goble; daughters, Debra Creeden, and Patricia DeWolfe; brothers, David and Nelson Goble; sister, Kim Svec; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Don was preceded in death by son, Ronald Goble; brother, Carl Goble; sister, Bridget Wiltsie. There will be no funeral services at the request of Don.
