Donald B. Koznowsky "Klaws", 64, of Lake Winola passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025, at home.
Born on November 26, 1960, in Scranton, he is the son of the late John and Mildred (McAndrew) Koznowsky.
Donald earned his GED in 1976. He devoted many years of his life to his career at the Boat Doktor before entering retirement. His strong commitment to helping others was evident in every aspect of his life. Whether it was family, friends, neighbors, or even strangers, he was always ready to lend a hand. Donald was known for his remarkable ability to fix almost anything; if there was a challenge he couldn't tackle, it could safely be said that it simply couldn't be.
He was a deeply spiritual man, finding solace and communion with nature. For Donald, Mother Nature was his church, reflecting his belief in the interconnectedness of all living things. His infinite patience and gentle demeanor attracted children and animals alike, who naturally gravitated toward him.
Donald took great pride in his accomplishments, particularly as a great mushroom picker, as well as his passion for hunting and fishing.
He is survived by brothers, Gary and John Koznowsky; sisters, Phyllis Hill and Sharron Davis; several nieces and nephews.
Our brother, son, was a man of peace, kindness, and a gentle soul. Fly with the angels, brother. Rest in Peace.
As per Donald's wishes, there will be no funeral services.
