Dorothy B. Antone

Dorothy B. Antone, 96, of Tunkhannock passed away on August 31st at the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock. She was born in Nanticoke in 1918 and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Harriette Weinwright Mix. Prior to her retirement Dorothy was self-employed as a hairdresser. She is survived by a son David Raymond and wife Joan Antone of Connecticut, and two daughters Mary Annette Antone and Dorothy and husband Timothy Flannery all of Tunkhannock; eight grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, September 3rd from the Church of the Nativity BVM, 99 E. Tioga St., Tunkhannock. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday from 7 – 9 pm at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
