Elizabeth Anne Bour

It is with sadness that we announce the death of our sister, Elizabeth (Betsy) Bour, on February 8, 2025 in Burbank California.

Betsy was the daughter of Eileen and John Bour, Glenburn PA. She was a 1975 graduate of Abington Heights High School, after which she attended Vassar and received her BS. She moved to California shortly after, working with computers her whole life.

Surviving are a sister Barbara (George), South Orange NJ and John (Lynne) Falls, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Jacqueline.

Although she made her living working with computers, Betsy's interests were more focused on horses, hiking and environmental issues. She was a reserve member of the Pasadena Police Department, as a mounted police officer. Her love for horses and hiking in the San Gabriel Mountains was evident throughout her life.
