Francis J. "Poncho" Porasky

Francis J. "Poncho" Porasky, 89, of Falls, PA died Thursday at home. He was preceded in death by Shirley Azarowicz Porasky, his wife of 63 years, in 2019.

Born in Exeter, he was the son of the late Walter and Elizabeth Orloski Porasky. He served in the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1958 as an Airman Second Class. Poncho retired as a foreman from Bragg Brothers and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener, as well as a dart shooter. He spent many years watching Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers football.

Surviving are sons Greg and wife Cindy, Gary and wife Theresa, and daughter Michele Michaels and husband Dr. Frank Guigliano; grandchildren Christopher Michaels and girlfriend Brittany, Nikki Michaels and husband Adam, Katlin Michaels Spear and husband Brad, Geoffrey Porasky, Christa Porasky and fiancé Will, Colin Porasky, Kelsey Porasky, and Caden Porasky; and great grandchildren Joshua, Matthew, and Lucas Michaels.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
