Gerald Pallis

Gerald Pallis, 76, of Lake Carey passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024.

Born on November 27, 1947 in Wilkes-Barre, he is the son of the late Leonard and Mary (Dugan) Pallis.

He was a graduate of Plymouth High School class of 1965. After graduation, he joined the United States Army serving in Vietnam and Thailand.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections in Dallas, PA. Gerald and his wife started Plaza Beverage, Tunkhannock Storage, and owned Overpeck Mobile Home Park in Tunkhannock.

Gerald is survived by his present wife, Linda (White) Pallis; children, Jere Pallis and wife Gina, Tara Minder and husband Mike, Leann Lawrence and husband David; sister-in-law, Maryann Pallis; grandchildren, Jacob, Olivia, Anna, Luke, Jackson, Thomas, Jillian.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Alberta (Shilinski) Pallis; brother, Leonard Pallis.

As per Gerald's wishes there will be no funeral services.

Interment will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors.
