Iva "Ivy" Reshetar

Iva "Ivy" M. Reshetar, Clarks Summit, died Thursday afternoon at Allied Hospice, Scranton.  She was the widow of George Reshetar who died in September of 2013.

Prior to her retirement, she worked as a nurse for various hospitals.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

She is survived by a stepdaughter, Brenda; nieces Charlene, Patricia, and Paula; a nephew, Michael; as well as other extended family.

The family would like to thank her good friends Ann, Shirley, and Arni for the care and compassion shown to Ivy.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit.  Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 1 pm until the time of the service.
