Jamie Crane

Jamie Marie Crane, 23, of Falls, PA passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2023 in the loving arms of her father, Jason and brother JJ.

Born on February 17, 2000 in Tunkhannock, she is the daughter of Jason and Carol (Wall) Crane.

Jamie graduated from Tunkhannock High School and went on to pursue a career as a certified nurse aid at The Gardens Assisted Living, where she made a significant impact on the lives of the residents. Her unwavering dedication and genuine care for others earned her the adoration and respect of both her colleagues and those under her care. Jamie's warmth and compassion were truly unmatched.

Family meant everything to Jamie, and she was the epitome of love and devotion as a granddaughter, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, and friend. She had an extraordinary bond with her cousins Seth and Sydney Brown, who were more like siblings to her. To her niece and nephew, Jenna and Jason Crane, she was an irreplaceable figure who held an immeasurable place in their hearts. Jamie shared a special connection with her Aunt Wendy (Brown), whom she regarded as her "second mom." Her innate ability to nurture those around her brought immense joy not only to her family but also to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Beyond her commitment to caregiving, Jamie had a number of passions that defined her spirit. Those close to Jamie knew about her deep affection for animals, particularly cows and cow print.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother. Jason Crane and wife Jamie; sister, Justine Crane; niece, Jenna Crane; nephew, Jason Crane; grandparents, Marilyn Buechel, Susan Brown, Ruth and Harold Parks; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Sherwood Crane and Eugene Wall.

Jamie will forever be remembered for her infectious smile and lighthearted demeanor that had the power to brighten any room she entered.

Family and friends are invited to attend Jamie's funeral service which will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 at 11:00AM from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, PA 18657 with Pastor Bunky LeVance presiding. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock.

A visitation will be held from 9:00AM until the time of service.
