Janet (Sherman) Devine

Janet (Sherman) Devine, 55, of Olyphant, PA passed away unexpectedly at home on December 6th from a sudden medical emergency. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Devine, in 2000.

Janet was born and raised in Scranton, only daughter of the late George A. and Irene Jascoviez Sherman.

Janet was a graduate of Central High School. She was a former employee of Cinram – then WEA Manufacturing.

Surviving are a son, Matthew Tyler Sherman; brothers George Sherman (Valerie) and Alan Sherman (Mary Ann); and aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, and cousins.

Services and interment will be private, but the family does appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
