Jason Wendell Konopka

Jason Wendell Konopka, 28, of Tunkhannock, PA, passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2020 at home. Jason was born in Scranton, PA, on November 17, 1992 he is the son of Brian & Wendy Konopka. He graduated at Lackawanna Trail High School and was employed at Walmart in Tunkhannock. Jason always had a ready smile and was kind to all. He is survived by parents. Brian & Wendy Konopka, Green Valley, AZ,; grandmother, Diana Konopka, Nicholson; great aunt, Barbara Lukasewicz, Factoryville; aunts and uncles, Emily Titus, Factoryville, Adam Konopka, Springfield, OR, Pamela Olsen, Nicholson, Kimberly & Joseph Hart, Bethlehem, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Adam Konopka, Wendell and Mildred Vail. Memorial donations may be made to your local food pantry or consider becoming an organ donor. Arrangements and care entrusted to Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 W. Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA 18657. A memorial service will be held in Jason's honor in 2021.
