Linda Marie Floyd

Linda Marie Floyd, 53, of Forest Hill, Maryland, died on December 12th after a lengthy illness.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late James A. and Ruth J. Crosby Brittain. She was a 1986 graduate of Abington Heights High School and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Penn State University.  She was County Controller for Hartford County for many years.

In addition to watching the wonderful development and achievements of Jackie and Brad, Linda was an avid Penn State fan and loved dancing and spending time with lifelong friends at Lake Carey.

Surviving are children Jacqueline Roth (Adam) and Bradley, brother James Brittain (Kai), sisters Nancy Jenkins and Kathy Brittain (Dianna), special cousin Judy Belch (Jeff) and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on January 21 ^st at 11 a.m. at Clarks Green Cemetery, 312 Stone Avenue, Clarks Summit.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
