Lois Stark

Lois F. Stark Lois F. Stark of Tunkhannock died Thursday November 14, 2013 in Tyler Memorial Hospital in Tunkhannock. She was born in Meshoppen on May 24, 1914 daughter of the late Lewis F. and Freda Fay French. Lois was a graduate of Meshoppen High School class of 1932, former treasure of the Dennis Strong American Legion Auxiliary, Women’s Christian Temperance Union and a member of the Tunkhannock United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband Alton R. Stark Sr., Alton Stark Jr., daughters Roberta Campbell and Barbara Rando, brothers Howard and Frederick Fassett, and a sister Julia Cornell. Surviving is a son Lewis Stark, Brichardville, daughters Patricia Krupa and Carol O’Donnell both of Philadelphia, Dawn Stark of Tunkhannock, 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 3 pm from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W.
