Lucille M. Ratliff, of Tunkhannock died January 3, 2017 in the comfort of her home. She is the daughter of the late Felix and Anna Settefrati Garbowski. Surviving is her husband of nearly 60 years, Maynard J. Ratliff. Daughter; Lucy and John Galgano, of Springville. Son; Jeff and Dolores Ratliff of Palm Coast FL. Brothers; Joey Garbowski, Richie and Monica Garbowski. Sisters; Irene and Ray Campagna, Joann Fernley. Grandchildren; Phyllis and Don Hibbard of Springville, Ann Galgano of Creedmore, NC.
