Mark James Harvey

Mark (Fingers)Harvey 61 of Tunkhannock died on February 19th unexpectedly at home. Born Dec, 11, 1954 in Meshoppen, he was the son of the late Stirel and Lucille Meeker Harvey. Mark was a 1973 graduate of Tunkhannock Area High School where he was also employed for many years as a maintenance man. He enjoyed playing with his many large toys and loved his green and yellow. He was a very helpful person and strived to help everyone he could. He was preceded in death by his father Stirel Harvey Sr., mother Lucille Meeker Harvey, sister Jule Harvey, sister-in -law Nannatte Vigansky Harvey and nieces Suzanne Harvey and Shannon Harvey Draper. He is survived by his brothers and sister-in-laws: Monroe and Kay Harvey of Lander, WY; Norman Harvey of Las Vegas, NV; Stirel (Butch) and Lisa Harvey of Laceyville, PA; Paul Harvey and Jonathan Harvey both of Tunkhannock and his sisters and brother-in-laws: Patricia and Larry Thomson of Ladson, SC; Millie and John Snyder of Lima, OH; Inez and Steven Knutson of White Bear Lake, MN; Alice and John Davenport of Hunlock Creek, PA; Esther Harvey of Minneapolis, MN; and Virginia Welna of Bloomington, MN, and 26 nieces and nephews, cousins and several great nieces and nephews.
