Michael Allan Petty

Michael Allan Petty, 54, of Clarks Green, died at home on Sunday.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late William Allen and Judy Ann Petty. He attended Abington Heights High School and was a huge NASCAR fan.

Surviving are a brother, William B. Petty and his wife Deborah of Clarks Summit; nephew William B. Petty of Clarks Green; niece Samantha Lynn Petty of New Jersey; aunts Barbara Piazza and Joann Scott and her husband Richard; uncles Ken Major and his wife Judy and Ray Petty and his wife Barbara; and several cousins.

A funeral will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home from 10 am until the time of the service.
