Michael Snyder

Michael Snyder, Clarks Summit, died after a long illness on October 10th, at his sister's home in Taylor.

Born in Scranton, he was son of the late William J. and Madeline Clark Snyder.  He was a graduate of Abington Heights High School.  Prior to his retirement, he worked for Miles Auto Parts.

Surviving are siblings Patrick, Clarks Summit, and Paul, Hawaii; Fay Ann Macik and husband John, Milan, Pa.; Helen Cannon, Scranton; Betty Holden and husband David, Lake Winola; Kathy Marcinkevich, Scranton; Mary Stefalo, Scranton; Theresa Snyder, Scranton; Michele Waddell, Arizona; Madeline MacChleri, Florida; and Lucy Vinskofski, Taylor;

He was preceded in death by his brother, William Snyder.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
