Mohan Kulkarni

Mohan Kulkarni, 84, passed away on May 26 ^th at his home in Clarks Summit. He is preceded in death by his wife Sakina and his daughters Elizabeth and Catherine.

Mohan was born in Gadag, India, and earned his Occupational Therapy degree from G.S. Medical College in Mumbai. After university, he and his wife eloped and immigrated to Winnipeg, Canada. He later moved to Clarks Summit and was employed as the Director of Occupational Therapy at Allied Services for many years.

To those around him, Mohan was known for his kindness, generosity, and clever stubbornness. He loved spending time in his garden and was a writer and painter in his free time.

Surviving are his grandchildren Alex K. Scheuermann and Akash J. Duffy.

A funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 8 ^th at 6 p.m. at Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 418 S. State Street, Clarks Summit.
