Patricia "Patti" Tench

Patricia L. Tench, 72, of Clarks Summit, earned her wings on August 19, 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones.

Patti was born on November 26, 1951 to Guy Walter and Mary Williams Tench in Bethesda, Maryland while her father was serving in the Navy. Patti was a lifelong resident of Clarks Summit. After graduating from Abington Heights High School in 1969, she went on to study at Grahm Junior College in Boston, MA.

Shortly thereafter, she returned home to care for her younger siblings after the death of her mother. She spent her career working as a graphic designer for multiple printing companies.  Later in her career, she enjoyed working at The Pantry Door and at Sherwin-Williams in Clarks Summit, helping people. Her favorite times were spent with customers and coworkers, many of whom became friends.

Patti was predeceased by her parents and her nephew, Jason Evans.

She is survived by her daughter, Erin Tench, and her favorite person and son-in-law, John Kaminski; her partner Joe Supanek, and his family. Patti is also survived by her five siblings: Guy "Huck" (Doreen) Tench, Barb (Jim) Evans, Betsy Bonini, Geoff Tench and Greg Tench; several nephews and nieces, grand nephews and nieces, extended family and her dear friend, Debbie O'Brien.

Patti was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She touched the lives of so many people and will be desperately missed by all those she has left behind. Our hearts are broken by this loss.

At Patti's request, in her final wishes, there will be no memorial service. A paver to remember Patti will be placed at Hillside Park's Memory Garden.
