Paul A. Kinney Paul A. Kinney of Scranton died Monday April 15 in the Regional Hospital of Scranton. He was born in Scranton on May 25, 1954 son of the late Kenneth and Betty Harris Kinney Sr. He was preceded in death by brothers John Kinney, James Kinney, Randy Kinney Sr., and Carl Kinney. Surviving are brothers Kenneth Kinney Jr., of Factoryville, Daniel Kinney, Mark Kinney both of Tunkhannock, Louis Kinney of Lake Winola, Donald Kinney Sr. of Springville, Sisters Marion Mitchell of Factoryville, JoAnne Tiffany and Robbin Jones of Tunkhannock several nieces and nephews.
