Pauline M. Kozak Pauline M. Kozak of Tunkhannock died in the Golden Living Center in Tunkhannock on Thursday, February 11, 2016. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 31, 1916 daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Thomas Kozak. Pauline lived on the family farm on Russell Hill for most of her life. She was a long time member of St. Joachim’s Catholic Church in Meshoppen an attended the Church of the Nativity BVM in Tunkhannock. She was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, George, Michael, Emily, Paul and Edward Kozak. Surviving are brothers Francis Kozak of East Northport ,NY, John Kozak, of Farmingdale, NY and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in St. Joachim’s Catholic Church, Meshoppen at 11 am. Interment will be in St. Joachim’s Cemetery, Meshoppen.
