Ricky T. Herman, 54, of Tunkhannock, passed on January 24th at home. Born June 24, 1963 he was the son of Thomas Herman and the late Marjorie Gruver Herman.
Ricky was a 1982 graduate of Tunkhannock High School and worked at several different occupations. He was best known for his talent with cars. Ricky loved his family and friends and was always available to help anyone at any moment. He had many passions including his 1971 Chevelle and also jeeping, horses, farming, camping and most of all just being a cowboy.
He is survived by his wife Karen Herman of Tunkhannock; stepsons Jeffrey Hebda II of Forkston and Clifford Oda II of New Jersey; brother Randy Herman and wife Debbie of Tunkhannock; sisters Peggy Funk and husband Mike of South Carolina and Polly Shoemaker and husband Todd of Tunkhannock as well as several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Ricky’s life will be held by his friends at 2 pm on February 10th at the Highway Inn, 404 Dark Hollow Rd., Tunkhannock, PA. Friends are welcome and encouraged to come and share their memories of Ricky.
