Roger Green

Roger I. Green, 68, of Tunkhannock passed away on Friday August 26, 2022, at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Brenda L. Oakes Green.

Born in Springville, PA, he was the son of the late Harold and Dorothy Gould Green.  

He was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandkids, fishing, hunting with family and friends, and playing checkers with his daughters on the weekends.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Skye Green and future husband, Mitchell Houser, Christina Green and future husband, Mark Ferrante; sisters, Kate Garrison and Millie Karp; brother, Larry Green and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Aliana, Damen, and eagerly awaiting the arrival of Riley; several nieces and newphews.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Dorothy Rose and Nina Peoples; brothers, Harold Green, Frank Green, Karl Green, Cliff Green, and Fritz Green.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
