Sandra Lynn Bailey

Sandra Lynn Evans Bailey, of Clarks Summit, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her children on Tuesday morning. She was the widow of Steuart J. Bailey, who died in 2020. The couple had been married 62 years.

Born in Scranton, Sandra was the daughter of the late Edward and Florence Samuel Evans. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clarks Summit, served faithfully as a Deacon and proudly volunteered in the church office.

She is survived by five children, Tamara Bailey-Block, and husband Neil, Port Jefferson, NY, Steuart J. Bailey Jr. and wife Carol, New Bedford, MA, Alicen Bailey-Silfies, and husband Stephen, Macungie, PA, Jacklyn Evans Bailey, Clarks Summit, and Robyn Bailey Quinn, Phoenixville, PA; nine grandchildren, Jordan, Kelsey, Brandon and Ryan Block, Nicole Lee and husband, Barnabas,  Rebekah Bailey, Addy Silfies and Bailey and Kyle (KJ) Quinn; two great grandchildren; Catherine Jean and Jonathan David Lee.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra Lynn Evans Bailey.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 29 ^th at 4 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, Clarks Summit by the Reverend William Carter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Clarks Summit or the American Cancer Society.
