Sandra J. Coolbaugh Sandra J. Coolbaugh of Tunkhannock died Thursday January 21, 2016 in the Golden Living Center in Scranton. She was born in Illinois on March 18, 1945 daughter of the late Weley R. and Marcella Ewers Smith. Preceding her in death was her husband Olin Coolbaugh. Surviving is a son Harold “Jack” of Holmen, Wi., daughter Mable Sue Mortimer of Milton, Wi.. Brother Tim Frye of Watertown, Wi., sister Tena Marie Lugwig (Frye) of Jefferson, Wi., several grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be no services.
