Scott E. Decker of Meshoppen passed away Monday July 18 at Tyler Memorial Hospital, Tunkhannock PA. Born in Meshoppen in 1961 Scott was the son of John and Laura Bishop. Scott was also the husband of Kathy Howard Decker for 42 years. Scott is preceded in death by his Father John C. Bishop Scott is Survived by his mother Laura M. Bishop, Son; Scott E. Decker Jr. of Meshoppen, Daughter; Erica Gensel of Charlotte NC, and 5 grandchildren As request of Scott there will be no funeral services at this time.
