Susan von Ahrens

Susan A. von Ahrens 50, of Factoryville died Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Geisinger CMC. She is survived by her husband of 22 years Roger W. von Ahrens. She was born on August 30, 1965 in Elizabeth, New Jersey daughter of Clarence Casterlin, of West Pittston and Kathleen Romanowski Nestorick, of Plains Twp. She will be deeply missed by family and friends but most of all her cat Gunther. She is survived by her son Wayne, of Nicholson, daughters Samantha and Sabrina, of Factoryville, brothers Bryan and wife Sandy Casterlin, of Plains Twp., Wayne Casterlin, of Pittston, Kevin Casterlin, of Pittston, sisters Karen and husband Brian Brack, of West Pittston, Gail and husband Steve Balberchak, of West Pittston, and granddaughter Willow May, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 2nd at 11:00 AM at the Chapel in Mt. Olivet Cemetery 612 Mt. Olivet Road Wyoming, PA 18644 entombment will follow. A viewing for friends and family will be held Sunday, May 1st from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock, PA.
