Thomas William Wicks

Thomas William Wicks, died Saturday afternoon at his home in Glenburn Township. His wife is the former Sue Cotter.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late William and Naoma Fletcher Wicks. Prior to his retirement, he worked for Glenburn Twp. for many years and also Scott Twp. as their secretary and treasurer.

Also surviving is daughter Roberta Flynn, Clarks Summit; a granddaughter Kenzie Flynn, Clarks Summit; his brother Gary Wicks and wife Kay, Scranton; a brother-in-law Joel Cotter of Erie; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, William Grant Wicks, who died in 2024.

Friends may pay their respects Friday 4-6 PM at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 South State, Clarks Summit.
